Building townhouses allowed us to reduce costs by sharing some services:
common access for cars, water tanks, water treatment system, geothermal heating and home automation system for thermal control.
The partition is linear with kitchens and bathrooms oriented to the north and the main parts to the south, where are found the best views. The houses are symmetrical except for the position of the porches, improving the views and allowing more privacy. The height difference between roofs permitted us to install windows in the less luminous areas.
